When Global Construmining began to provide its services to the mining company located in Mazapil, it required 20 people. It's been 8 years and now it employs 140 employees.

The mining company opens its doors to local suppliers, but it is necessary to improve the proposals, at the same time as insisting. Once inside, you don't have to neglect to continue being collaborators, shared Ricardo Robledo, director of Global Construmining.

When he took his proposal the first time he was not hired; he had to take another lap, a third, a fourth... It wasn't until attempt 34 that he won a tender.

His company dedicated to the construction, earthmoving and rental of heavy machinery has since sought to improve its services. "It's up to you if you stay inside" he said, at pointing that several requirements must be met for a company that handles international quality standards.

Ricardo Ríos recalls that when he had to go to the mine with local businessmen at the invitation of Peñasquito, several were discouraged because they had to compete with large companies. His case was not the exception, as he was measured in tenders with "monsters" of companies in his sector.

Global Construmining has expanded its catalog of clients, since working in Peñasquito is a reference of great support to generate confidence in other mining companies in the state that require similar services. "Over time, doing the job well allows us to grow together with the mine, which unlike other clients pays on time, offers better working conditions and wages and drives improvement." Ricardo Ríos, director of Global Construmining, also states that "without Peñasquito Zacatecas it would be another economically speaking. It is an important generator of the Gross Domestic Product."
